Monogram ideas

I was browsing etsy - spending way too much time sifting through all the stuff on there.

I often find myself getting lost on there while 'window shopping'. Does that ever happen to you?

I came across this find.

I think I might have to try to recreate it when we move. I think I love it.

Movin on up

The packing has begun!

We move in about 2 weeks and I feel a bit overwhelmed. I've been packing up things that we don't use here and there in hopes that when the end has arrived there isn't much left to do.

As you can imagine - all this clutter of boxes kills me! I am one for ORGANIZATION and this is clearly none of that!

The walls now contains empty nails and a vast array of WHITE.

I am SO excited to move and have a new bigger place but I will miss our first apartment together.

This is where it all started.

We'll get to make new memories in a new home now though.

And have plenty more space to do it all.

Take me to the fair

We took Ava over to the carnival in the town where I grew up the other day. We met some friends up there and went on some carnie rides. Got to love those... They kind of freak me out a bit now.

I went on this gravity ride with Ava. Ugh...my stomach can't handle it anymore! I felt like I would fall off and had to focus on one of the solid colors in the middle while we were spinning.

Ryan went with her on the Dragon 'roller coaster'. I remember going on this when I was little.

Ava's a trooper though and would prefer the riskier rides. No one wanted to go on the Zipper with her...

Audrey is so little and loves the thrill of the rides already! Her and Ava are SO cute together! It's hysterical!

Ryan got to go on this stomach dropping ride with Ava. His face didn't look all too great half way through the ride.

We went over the The Munch and had some dinner and headed home for the night.

Weddings Galore

As I've mentioned before we've had a TON of weddings this summer. I was going to do a post about each but decided to compile them all into one! So here we go...

Jenny and Mike's Wedding

First up was my good friend Jenny's wedding.

I had the privilege of being her Matron of Honor. My husband took this very nifty picture (above) of the bride while I was writing the 'Just Married' on the back of our car. I thought that was such a good picture!

Here we are at their reception. It was all so pretty!

Here I am with the bride and a friend. It was a fun time - it was in the beginning of May and they just got such great weather for their wedding such. There were some awesome pictures taken by the photographer in the courtyard where their reception was.

Congratulations again Mike and Jenny!

Kris and Rachel's Wedding

For this wedding we traveled up to The Dells in Wisconsin.

You'll have to forgive me...I was an airhead and forgot, of all things, our CAMERA! Hello?! How does one do that?!

Regardless, we had an awesome time. The setting for the wedding was beautiful and we got to stay at the Glacier Canyon Lodge (which was also where their wedding ceremony and reception took place - so nice!). Our hotel room was awesome and we're hoping to head back there by the end of the summer... I love The Dells and all the 'touristy' things about it.

Ed and Michele's Wedding

Our third wedding of the summer was for my husband's old roommate. Ed and Michele started dating while Ryan and I were, all in the same time Ed and Ryan were living together.

They had a lovely outdoor wedding celebration. Let me tell you, it was so H.O.T. outside that day to the point where you just sit there and sweat. It was so beautiful though and a fun time!

Here's the groom as he is watching his soon-to-be wife walk towards him. I love that part of wedding ceremonies.

Me and my hubby.

John and I.

Jessica and Kurt's Wedding

Jessica is one of my close friends from middle school. She was a beautiful bride wasn't she?!

They also got a beautiful day for their wedding. Everything turned out so well. It was a beautiful day.

Us girls got to pick between two styles of dresses and get this...there were pockets in the dresses too! :-) They were pretty darn comfy!

Me and the girls. These are my girls (along with Jessica) from high school! Katie, in the middle will be tying the knot shortly - then we're all done for! Not in a bad way of course!

It was nice to see some friends from back in the day that I haven't seen in awhile.

That wraps up our weddings for the summer!
